C&S особая форма неттинга, используемая при наступлении определенных событий, напр. при дефолте одного из участников (неисполнении обязательств); используется для снижения риска по "открытым" контрактам в случае, если с одной из сторон до наступления даты исполнения сделки произойдут определенные события, оговоренные в контракте (напр. банкротство)
